GREAT NEWS: This is an excellent broth concentrate that is not too strong in flavor, and which can be used in amounts you decide on for your broths and soup preparations. These packets last a long time on the shelf too, and can’t be beat for convenience.
BAD NEWS: a Trader Joe manager said they are officially discontinued. And why is that? He says they weren’t that popular. Well, that’s not true, as I always found relatively few packages on the shelf when I purchase. It is more likely that management eliminates products that sell too well, over other products that move less… So once again: they win, we lose.

marvelous product! When I found out that this product was being discontinued, I drove across town to another Trader Joe’s and bought out their limited supply. Now I’m running out. Several friends also miss this. WHY DID YOU DISCONTINUE THIS? PLEASE explain.
