I love Mochi at a Japanese restaurant. This was pretty good. The only one thing is the dough is a little thicker than I’ve had at restaurants so it has to be REALLY super firm and frozen. If it starts to get a little mooshy the dough overwhelms the green tea flavor of the ice cream. As long as your freezer works well and you eat it right away… Yummmm

The first mochi I tried as a kid. My cousins go crazy for these.
But now there’s more mochi options available like Bubbies which aren’t caked in flour and the ice cream is just as good.
