“If you’re used to throwing together Velveeta and a can of RoTel, Trader Joe’s Queso Fundido is even easier, and arguably better, since it’s made with real cheese. TJ’s version is vegetarian, and is made with soy chorizo, but you’d never notice. It may not be the same as you’d get in a restaurant in Texas, but it’s still damn tasty.
