Good but not great. Tastes like average chocolate cake (though the chocolate chips are a nice addition), meaning I’d certainly eat it again if it were free, but I’d rather buy one of the tastier TJ’s chocolate cake choices — like the rockin’ chocolate chip fudge cake.

Trader Joe’s Mini Triple Chocolate Bundt Cakes have the elegance and flair one would receive at a top 5 star or 4 star restaurant. The cake is moist, not too rich, perfect texture of chocolate ganache. There are mini chips topping the cake. (Personally the chips could be better, slightly waxy.) However the actual cake and ganache are pure perfection. This would satisfy both the food critic and foodie alike. This item is a excellent way to enjoy gourmet chocolate ganache cake without the pricey bakery expense.

The trick is to heat it for 15 seconds in the microwave! I’m having trouble finding them at my Trader Joe’s and I’m having withdrawals!
