The flavor of this sausage is good. However, in each of two links cooked for three days, there have been hard to chew gristle or bone fragments. This grosses me out, and worried about tooth breakage, am tossing out!

gross to be blunt. casing is tough and flavor is so so. I just couldn’t eat them.

I agree with the other Nancy above. Flavor is okay, but could not eat due to hard globs of gristle in every link. Ended up throwing them away.

Terrible! Tough thick casing and chewy gross chunks inside. TJ’s must find another vendor as these are entirely inedible

I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. These are so full of bone fragments and gristle they are choking hazards. It turns my stomach. I’ve never had a miss like this from Trader Joe’s before. They should pull these from the shelves.
