Horrible. Doesn’t taste like anything near an edible product. Tastes like wax or something. one bit and threw away the whole thing.

This is a tasty and mild cheese.
The reviewer who said it “Tastes like wax or something. One bite and threw away…” probably ate the wax coating also.
Cut off the wax part – it is the mottled looking skin – and eat only the white part. Very tasty.

reminds me of Goat cheese but a bit milder, not unusual nor will I purchase it again.
The price is too high for the lack of interesting flavor and consistency. I cut off the red wax and it’s okay.
