These are absolutely perfect. A nice crisp fresh bite to these refrigerated pickle slices that you’d never get from a shelf-stable bottle of bread and butter pickle slices. There is just enough vinegar and heat to offset the sweetness of the sugar in these. To my taste the balance is just right.
The container is fairly small but with an attractive price (TJ is so brilliant at pricing items just low enough that we can’t resist LOL.)
I just finished my first container of these, and I’m looking at that cucumber I have, wondering if I should just slice it up and put it in the left-over brine. Yeah, I think I’ll do it, see what happens…
