I am pescatarian but love to try alternative options. The vegan market is coming a long way – these are so delicious and crispy! As a dip, I whipped together some mayo + salt + green goddess seasoning + parsley flakes + garlic powder (would have used the real thing if I had it) + squeeze lemon, which paired well. Very impressed and highly recommend.
Delicious !!!! Flaky and so flavorful
