More like 3.5. It was definitely hard, but when I baked them for a couple of minutes and let it cool, it was hard and crunchy which is better for me. Not as sweet as the danish gingerbread snaps in the blue tin, like 7.5/10 (without the icing) in terms of sweetness. It does have a weird taste which I didn’t notice when I had a sample.
