As a caterer I often have to use frozen spinach instead of fresh. I stopped buying from Restaurant Depot etc as their spinach comes from China as is mostly ice, often a solid block of ice without much spinach inside. I found Trader Joe spinach very good. In recent weeks, however, your spinach has large blocks of ice with reduced ammounts of actual spinach. In a recipe for 12 lbs of spinach I am barely getting the equivalent of 10 lbs for my final product. This is outrageousn for Trader Joe and I will likely get my spinach elsewhere in future.
