More like 3.5. These crackers are chic. Sometimes less is more. The seasonings are simple, but enough flavor. There is no overload of tons of seasoning. Plum cracker is the healthiest. It’s like the crisp crackers, but a bit less sweet, harder crunch, more salt, although it does not seem to taste saltier. The lemon and black pepper ones are salty and the ones with the most flavor. I scraped off the large salt crystals so it would be less salty. The buttermilk has a subtle flavor that I can’t pinpoint what it is, probably buttermilk. Both buttermilk and lemon and crackers have similar crunch to wheat thins.
