Love Dorot brand products, when I’m in a rush (usually when really hungry) or when I want to marinate, I always go for Dorot crushed garlic.

This is better than the canned stuff. Just pop one little “ice cube” out for every clove of minced garlic you want.
Also, it’s cheaper at Trader Joe’s than the regular grocery store, which sells the same thing.
