which is it? ubiquinol or coq 10???

Ubiquinol is the absorbable form of CoQ10. It’s the one you want even though it costs more. This is BY FAR the best price for 100 mg. I actually have started taking two a day and finally have some energy (also taking TJ B vitamins and others but no energy until I started doubling up on these). I looked for some 200 mg and the prices are very high. Even taking two of these per day is cheaper than other brands, Recommended.

Very POORLY LABELED. CoQ 10 refers to Ubiquinone, NOT Ubiquinol. Duhhhhhhhhh…..look at the backside description for accuracy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Co Q-10 comes in two forms: Ubiquinone, which is cheaper to produce but less bioavailable; and ubiquinol, which is more easily absorbed. This is ubiquinol. Older individuals find ubiquinol much easier to assimilate. No point in taking ubiqinone if you’re over 50–It won’t do you much good. Trader Joe’s offers a great price for ubiquinol. This is the better stuff.
