The brown rice pasta has a nice texture which is nutty and chewy. It does not take too long to cook and makes a healthy and filling meal combined with protein and veggies.

Diabetic ll, says, made my own organic marinara meat sauce… cooked this pasta till well done and put my sauce on it, about to cups. HOLDS THE SAUCE LIKE GLUE! 5 b lood sugars only rose about 20 points in 5 .5 hours… about 2 cups… Loved it!
