Not my favorite brand for brown basmati rice. Not sure why, but the texture is not what I am use to. I am an avid rice eater, so it isn’t a matter of not knowing what brown basmati taste like. I will choice a different brand.

Out of this bag tried making it exactly to the instructions and according to other rice tips.
Throwing the rest of the bag in the trash.
So disappointing for a Trader Joe’s item.

Fabulous! Best rice ever! Good nutty flavor. Firm texture stands up to meatballs and pasta sauce, Irish Stew, chilli. This rice has ruined all other rice for me; they just don’t hold up. Two cups water or broth, one cup rice, two to three tablespoons butter, lots of dried, minced onion. So tasty I can eat it by itself by the spoonful. Intoxicating aroma. Drat, now I have to go make some.
