Great banana bread. Even better if you add nuts ( walnuts or pecans) and/or chocolate chips.

We were away from home during the Christmas holidays and used this mix with 1/2 can of pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Also added walnuts and raisins. Added more baking time and kept an eye on it. It came out excellent!! This is not an uncommon combo, evidently. Google it. You won’t taste the banana. It saved us from buying flour, sugar, etc. I recommend you add a real banana if wanting a nice banana bread.
