This was one of the better pumpkin pies that I’ve had! The filling had a great taste and texture, and the crust was hefty and not too thin. It was baked to the perfect amount of crispness too (Ie: not too burnt like some cheap store bought pumpkin pies sometimes are).
Really the only cons:
-I wish it had less dairy in it. (Not Trader Joe’s fault, just a personal preference.)
-While the crust was a good thickness, it wasn’t the tastiest crust ever. Far from the worst, but didn’t really stand out as an amazing pie crust.
