This jarred tomato purée is so fresh tasting that we’ve started finding more ways to use it. It doesn’t taste as salty as other canned tomatoes and they don’t muck it up with garlic or basil or oregano. I’m only bothering to write the review in the hopes that TJ’s will continue to stock it.

This Mutti brand tomato puree is delicious.
It is otherwise known as passata!!
I hope Trader Joe’s continues carrying this. It is wonderful and can also be used in a pasta sauce. I’m stocking up!
