Vault No 5 cheese is a great cheese by itself or grated and added to mac & cheese dish made from “scratch”. Texture, melting quality, taste and sweetness make it a great cheese! It’s my comfort food paired with pinot nor during these times of unrest.

More like 3.5. A little tangy. Taste like sharp cheddar.
