These are basically exactly what you’d expect — madeleines with a pumpkin spice flavor. The texture is good (soft/moist), and the pumpkin flavor is “warm” in a good way (not too bland or spicy).
I would gladly eat them again. However, overall I prefer regular madeleines. So if I were going to buy them, I would go for the classic buttery taste over this variation.
