Had a sample. Tangy, salty, crumbly. Can taste the truffle. One customer says it’s a good cheese. I don’t like tangy cheese. So if you like tangy, crumbly and salty cheese, this may be for you.

Delicious… not quite stinky cheese, but tangy with umami and spreadable texture. Perfect on crackers with pignon nuts on top… Will be stocking for office fare until they take it away, which seems inevitable at TJ’s for anything I get attached to. I’m attached to this. My spouse who doesn’t like stinky cheeses enjoys it too. soooooo…
