Trader Joe’s Italian Kale Salad with Chicken Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet on low
  2. Add 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s Garlic Olive Oil
  3. Add 1/2 package of Trader Joe’s Kale
  4. Stir and cook for around three minutes
  5. Add chopped up asparagus
  6. Continue stirring/cooking for around two more minutes
  7. Add chicken and chopped green onions
  8. Cook for an additional 1.5 minutes on high
  9. Turn off stove, add to bowl
  10. Add dressing to taste
  11. Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on top
  12. Stir

  1. Fill 3/4 of a mug with hot water
  2. Add four drops of Stevia
  3. Add 1 tbsp of honey
  4. Add one to two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  5. Stir
