Trader Joe’s has issued a recall of their Butternut Squash Triangoli, due to it potentially containing traces of tree nuts (which was not mentioned on the package), which some people have allergies to. You can read more on the official TJ’s site.
Trader Joe’s has issued a recall of their Triple Ginger Brew, as some customers have reported that their unopened bottles have burst.
If you have a package of TJ’s Triple Ginger Brew, they ask that you “handle it with extreme care and dispose of it immediately in an outside container.”
If you purchased this year’s Triple Ginger Brew, Trader Joe’s will give you a full refund.
In August 2015, Trader Joe’s issued a recall of their Dark Chocolate Covered Honey Grahams with Sea Salt due to the fact that the product may contain milk, which is not listed in the ingredients. If you are not allergic to milk, then you’re free to continue crunching away in peace! If you are, you can return the product for a full refund to your local TJ’s.
As a precaution, the product is being removed from all TJ’s stores, so it will no longer be available going forward.

In April 2015, Trader Joe’s issued a recall of certain packages of Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, due to concern about small plastic pieces potentially being included in the product. The recall only affects Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage with the following expiration dates:

USE OR FREEZE BY APR 25 15
USE OR FREEZE BY APR 29 15
If yours does not include one of those dates, then you’re good to go. If it does, you should return it to your local TJ’s for a full refund.
In April 2015, Trader Joe’s issued a recall of A Dozen Sweet Bites, after finding out from their supplier that the dessert contains coconut, which is not listed on the ingredients label.
Note: If you do not have a coconut allergy, there is absolutely no risk to consuming this product. Trader Joe’s is solely recalling it as a precaution for those who do have coconut allergies. If you purchased A Dozen Sweet Bites and have a coconut allergy, you can return it to your local TJ’s for a full refund.
