    This is delicious! I’ve been hearing a lot about how jackfruit is a good meat substitute, but the one time I made some myself, I felt like it tasted a little too sweet.

    This, however, is a perfect use of it. Great texture, without being too chewy or falling apart, it reminds me of Thai chicken curries.

    The sauce is delicious, and I don’t even normally like the type of veggies that come in this very much, but they work with it here.

    The rice is also surprisingly good for being part of a microwaveable frozen meal. Very “sticky” (in a good way) like rice at real Thai restaurants. In fact, the whole thing pretty much tastes like it could be from a restaurant.

    It’s pretty high in saturated fat (75% of daily recommended intake) but I find that I usually don’t eat nearly all of the sauce part, so it’s probably not that bad unless you’re eating every drop.

    The best frozen curry I have had so far. The sauce is slighted spicy and delicious. I make sure I let the rice absorb all the sauce as to not miss any…..hence why I am a plump plant based eater….hahaha!

    I could eat this all day every day. Okay, maybe a slight exaggeration, but it is REALLY good. Definitely restaurant quality, and a bonus that it’s meat/dairy-free! It wasn’t on the shelves (or, to be specific, in the frozen section where it usually is) last time I was at Trader Joe’s, so I’m really hoping it was just temporarily out and not gone for good!

    I’m not good with spicy things, and this hurts to eat. Very yummy, it just burned even my esophagus on the way down. Wasn’t expecting that.

    One of my favorites. This was my first time trying jackfruit, and while it can be a little weird to think about eating fruit curry, it has little flavor on its own and has a texture comparable to pulled port. Quite good and quite spicy.

    I was really trying to enjoy this but even as a South Asian, this was too painfully spicy for me. The rice was excellent and the jackfruit was way better than I expected, I just wish I could’ve finished it.

    Wow, this is really good! As others have said, it is spicy, but I like spicy. It is my first time trying jackfruit in curry and it won’t be my last!

    One of our go-to items and we aren’t even vegans. Filling and tasty. Sad to learn this has been discontinued.
