I loved these! The frosting is 100% perfect. You would never guess that it was vegan. The cupcakes are cute, the perfect size (not mini but also not massive where it’s hard to eat), and the cake part is moist. The cupcakes also aren’t over the top sweet, which I like. This may sound weird, but it almost has a bit of a cornbread-ish taste to the cupcake (but not gross in the way that might sound, haha). Overall, the only reason I might not buy these again is because I can’t control myself from eating multiple at once! Thank you Trader Joe’s, for another delicious vegan dessert. These would also be great for a birthday.
