Ok. I grilled these with peppers and onions. I then sautéed everything with some white wine and garlic. Ummmmmm. Yes!!!! I will head to TJ’s tomorrow to buy at least 5 packs. Awesome!!!

These are so tasty and I would definitely recommend them, but they need to use a more tender casing. The casing used is hard to bite through and chew. Other than that the flavor is fantastic!!

I have been buying the TJ’s cheddar pork bratwurst sausages for the last several months and really love them. Of course, they’re gone now and these seem to have appeared in their place. They don’t have as good of a flavor and I hate the texture. They don’t quite crisp as well as the others. They’ll do in a pinch, but I probably won’t buy again.

Plastic casing… I guess. It’s awful. Never buy this crap again

Excellent taste but the casing is so tough it’s hard to chew up. You can remove the casing but you lose some of the sausage meat (chicken).

Casing was so tough! Couldn’t even bite through. Tasty, but a no go for us!! I see reviews in lots of places that clearly say casings are VERY tough so I have no idea why they don’t read and fix!
