I normally love everything at TJ but these are just terrible! I’m a regular to the store but these were a first to me. I love mussels and these were a sure bust. Disappointed in you TJ! Much love for so many other things. Not a good purchase. Too fishy and tasted like a basil plant was growing in my mouth. Hoping you get a new kind for me to try.

I have had a few different “steam in bag” mussels from other stores. These were all about the black pepper. If you were blindfold, you would not know what you were eating. This is not at all in line with all my experiences with Trader Joe foods.

Certainly didn’t taste like mussels, maybe more like garlic and water. I have one package left and I’m decided whether I should just throw them out or try to doctor them up to make them edible.

I love Trader Joe’s steamed mussels. They are easy and contrary to what I am reading in other reviews. I loved the taste. Went by the store today to grab more.

I love TJ mussels! Have had them several times, every time, excellent flavor! Love mussels! been eating mussels since I was a kid picking them fresh from water in Hood Canal, WA These are yummy! I am only bummed when they are out of stock on them!! Keep up the good work TJ’s!
