The Spanish Cheese Tapas Sampler is my all time favorite cheese pack from Trader Joe’s. it has very good, delicious and affordable selection.

The package is not resealable so the cheese gets moldy quickly. The cheese has a thin wax rind on it that needs to be peeled off. Shape & size do not work well with crackers & summer sausage.

I love this sampler. It was an impulse buy – as are most of my TJ’s purchases. The cheeses are delish. Yes, there is a think rind but there is no reason it cannot be eaten. I already knew I loved Manchego but had not heard of the other two. It gave me a chance to taste cheeses I may not have otherwise tried. Yum!
