These were pretty good! I’m definitely not a talented baker, to say the least, and often even when I use a mix stuff doesn’t come out the best. But these came out perfectly! Great texture where it was both soft and chewy at the same time. Pumpkin flavor wasn’t too overwhelming or cloying, and the sugar/spice mix adds a nice little crunch.
