Wow, this is harsh. Just tried my first bite and my mouth and throat burned; and not in a good way. I’ll try to figure out some way to use the jar so I don’t have to just throw it away. Maybe I’ll drain it and fill the jar with water just to cut the harshness. Generally, I love Trader Joe’s products, but yikes, not this.

Really good, especially on sandwiches. Love the tartness and the crunch of the veggies.
