It is not gluten free, or at least does not say it anywhere on the box, or on the internet. It takes a long time to cook. It has a firm texture and the taste is pretty good.

This pasta literally stained my white kitchen strainer yellow. I found the lemon flavor overpowering and the color and color bleeding alarming.
