The organic pasta is a superior quality pasta when compared to TJ’s usual line of dry pastas. It’s more white than yellow looking when dry, and it has more of a rough surface, which allows it to absorb more of the flavors of the sauce.
I don’t usually buy organic, but I always buy the organic TJ’s pasta line (they also have an organic fusilli) because it is a better product than the regular pastas.
