These are the best meringues I’ve had yet! Perfect bitesized size, good melt-in-your-mouth texture, and great flavor. It’s nice that the mint adds a cool taste to it without being overwhelming (ie: present but not overwhelming like for example the peppermint in an altoid can be).
They’re also not too high-calorie, which is good because it’s easy to eat quite a few in one sitting! I wish Trader Joe’s sold these year-round.

These are amazing, and I talked to someone at Trader Joe’s who confirmed that they’re coming back for the 2021 holiday season! Yay! I can’t wait to buy (and eat) them again.

I could only taste a tiny amount of peppermint. I might as well have just purchased the vanilla meringues.
