I know what @ss tastes like. these 100% taste like @ss. probably the sulfur dioxide used to keep it “fresh”
just avoid it, unless you like your coconut to taste like @ass.

I don’t know what @ss tastes like but these things are good! My kids don’t like the texture of shredded coconut and this was a little close to that for them but I was happy to have the bag to myself.
