❤️ it …l just ate it plain with a little salt & pepper but would be great to add protein simply by adding chicken. I wish I could purchase it at your local grocery store instead of making a special trip to Trader Joe’s

These noodles are absolutely delicious and would pair nicely with most any sauce. I steamed them and served them with a mushroom sauce the first night. The second night I steamed them and lightly buttered them. They were absolutely delicious! I went back to Trader Joe’s to get some more and they were out of them and said that they were seasonal… I am so sad! I hope they carry them next season!
