Lightly seasoned carrots, beets, parsnips, and sweet potatoes.

I like these very much. They’re lightly sweetened/spiced and flavorful.

Not bad, although they didn’t cook very evenly for me (a little burnt on the outside but too mushy on the inside). I was surprised how much I liked the carrot pieces — normally I hate anything like cooked carrots, but they had a really great taste that wasn’t too overwhelming. The taste of the sweet potato pieces was very strong, and as I’m not too into sweet potato I avoided those, but if you like sweet potato, carrots, beets, and parsnips, you’ll likely enjoy this.

THESE VEGETABLES WERE DELICIOUS, BUT WHEN I RETURNED TO THE STORE IN PARK RIDGE, ILLINOIS FOR MORE, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD ONLY GET THEM SEASONLY, AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

TJ’s needs to try again on this product. It sounded great – all the root vegetables I love to roast. I tried these twice so I think this is a fair review. Both times they came out mushy. I won’t be buying this product again. And of course from now on I’ll roast my own root vegetables.

13 minutes in air fryer and a small burst of evo mist produced delicious crispy fries.

Threw a bunch of these in my air fryer and they were just wonderful. They’re a little peppery, but that’s okay because I love pepper.
If you are cooking them in an oven I would put them on a baking sheet with a wire rack. And use your convection setting, ig your oven has one.
