“The first bite was fabulous … deliciously odd even. Not odd as in gross .. but odd as in a “how exactly did they make this taste like that?” It’s got the quality of a muffin, but the taste of a donut and the sugar on top adds that little bit of gritty crunch that’s classic in a jelly donut. The raspberry jam is piped to the middle and top of the muffin, so if you take a big enough bite you get the whole shebang.
They’re delicious and the perfect little treat for the baked goods lover in all.
