A great cookie, and its gluten-free so I can safely eat it and proudly offer it to guests. The best of the gluten-free cookies, and then there is the Ginger chunk cookie, full of delicious chewy chunks of ginger.

Sooo disappointed these weren’t brought back this season I was looking forward to these delicious salty sweet toffee cookies. I made a trip to TJ’s especially for these.
