I had this ice cream with a slice of homemade pumpkin pie, and had a reaction afterwards with gas right after and rashes on my arms the this morning.

I Do not like the gingerbread ice cream at all. I like gingerbread. I like the spices in gingerbread. I like Trader Joe’s molasses cookies. Just not molasses or those spices in ice cream. So I let the ice cream melt some. Then stirred in 3 tablespoons of Trader Joe’s powdered cocoa to balance out the sugar and mask the spices. Then refroze it. Today it tastes much better to me.
