One of the very products that are seasoned just right, not being horrendously oversalted. This particular flavor (garlic herb) goes beautifully with a range of dishes reagrdless how the sausages are heated: boiled, baked, fried or griled. My favorite combination is toasted TJ’s french roll cut in half like hot dog bun, with grilled garlic herb sausage, a bit of mustard and carmelized onion. Also, it goes fantastically with Eastern European sour soup (fermented rye flour). This is truly a great product these suasages.
