“The pastries take about an hour to defrost to room temperature and they defrosted perfectly on my counter, without any excess moisture building up in the packaging surrounding the fluffy roll. It’s worth the short wait because these pastries are absolutely delicious. The brioche is soft, buttery and delicious even in the bites of the pastry that don’t contain any cream cheese. The cream cheese filling is tangy and slightly sweet. There is a generous amount of filling, so you can stretch it to get some in every bite, though it is concentrated in the center.”
