Ingredients: rolled oats, cane sugar, brown rice crisp (brown rice flour, brown rice syrup, salt), cookie pieces (sugar, buckwheat flour, oat flour, coconut oil, rice flour, cocoa processed with alkali, sodium bicarbonate, natural flavor, salt, sunflower lecithin), brown rice syrup, coconut oil, sea salt, natural flavors, vanilla extract (water, ethyl alcohol, vanilla bean extractives), mixed tocopherols (to preserve).

When I first saw this on the shelf I knew it could be a hit or miss. When I tried it, I absolutely loved it. It tastes just like real cookies.
