This coffee has a nice chocolatey taste with low acidity. I would say the Roast is on the darker side of medium though so not quite like a specialty coffee would be light roasted to bring out more of the characteristics of the bean. At this price its nice to have an option between commodity coffee and specialty coffee which can cost much more.
