These are one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. The ration of cake, filling and frosting is excellent, as is the overall sweetness. I find most of the cupcakes from the specialty cupcake bakeries in our area too rich after just a few bites. I can eat a whole one of these without a problem 🙂
Please stock them all year round, not just holiday time!

I happened upon this treat while visiting NJ last month and since then I have been looking for them everywhere in my area but I just found out today from a nice worker who checked into their availability at other locations that they will not be in stock in any location until next year. I for one think this is crazy because the item is too delicious just to be available for one part of the year. I never shopped at Trader Joe’s prior to purchasing the cupcakes last month but I’d certainly support the chain just to get a hold of these cupcakes or until there’s a great duplicate recipe available.
