Toast then slather them with butter and ENJOY
Check crumpets for burnt bits and try to avoid those packs.

TJ’s Crumpets –
Trader Joe’s is surprisingly the only store I’ve found that sells crumpets. So please never stop selling them. They should be as popular as English muffins if not more.
Make Eggs Benedict with them, heat and eat with gobs of butter or clotted cream and jam if you like.

We buy a few packs every time we go and freeze them. Never know when there’s going to be shortage and Trader Joe’s is the only store we know that sells crumpets.
They freeze well and defrost well. Just heat them up in a pan straight from frozen, add butter and prepare to eat the entire pack. 🙂
