Omg- Delish! Was being sampled in the store-you know how that goes. So easy and comfort food. Baked chicken thighs 425 40 min. Chopped handful of cilantro, diced chicken.
Add both to pan – pour sauce (A little goes a long way-) I used 2 chicken thighs and a few squirts of sauce. Used microwave jasmin rice from TJ’s– poured it all on top of rice. So good! And the house still smells wonderful, this is a lot like a yellow curry – my new favorite.
