It is hard to find really good chocolate that is not expensive. This bar is one of my favourites, regardless of price, and it just makes it sweeter that it was so reasonable. A real shame that it is no longer available.

I love the El Campano Bar.
I hadn’t had my favourite chocolate bar Chuao by Francois Pralus for quite a while and picked up one today. It was as good as I remember it. I still have a few El Campano bars, so I decided to compare them.
They are so close in goodness that the choice is merely preference.
The big difference, however, is that the Chuao is $10 US per ounce and the El Campano was only $0.50 US per ounce
