Add ome cubed and pre-cooked chicken thighs, edamame and a few other ‘secret ingredients’ and serve over wide Chinese rice noodles and you can exceed anything served up by a Thai RESTAURANT

I love this sauce so much and I hope Trader Joe’s never discontinues it. It’s a great base to add potatoes, carrots and chicken into tossed over some white rice. It’s also delicious on its own as a dipping sauce to go with the mini Chicken Tikka Samosas. The sauce leans a little sweet for a yellow curry but you can also add a little spice to it if you want. You do have to eat it quickly once its opened as it tends to mold pretty quickly once opened. Overall, definitely a 5/5 product and a classic from Trader Joe’s!
