Quick and easy dessert. Just pop in the microwave when you don’t have time or resources to make your own.
My friends enjoy a scoop of vanilla ice cream to go with it but I think the vanilla overpowers the lava cake with it’s sweetness. Eating one then the other is more enjoyable. You’ll want to wash it down with a hot beverage unless you like cake sticking to your teeth.
