This is good to cook with – I didn’t try using it as a dip or in any other way, but it’s great for stir fries and anything else cooked on the stove.

This oil is NOT 100% olive oil.
I put it in the fridge for one hour and it never solidified.
Olive oil will solidify in a half hour.
I am sad I have been consuming something that has been fraudulently labeled for a couple of years.
